APPLICATIONS & LEASING
How Do I Apply for an Apartment at Vintage at The Lakes?
To begin, select your desired apartment on the Floor Plans page
and then register for our online application. Then you can review our rental criteria, invite co-applicants, complete your application, and pay your application fees via Credit Card. We try to let you know your application results as quickly as possible, and most applications only take 1-2 business days.
What is the Application Fee for Vintage at The Lakes?
The application is $45 per adult applicant over the age of 18 years old. All occupants must submit an application.
We also require $87.50 at the time of application to reserve and hold your apartment which will be charged on the same payment used for your application. This amount is fully-refundable should you wish to cancel your application within 24 hours, or should your application be Denied. When your application is approved, this amount can be put toward your security deposit.
How much is the Security Deposit and Administrative Fee at Vintage at The Lakes?
We require a $200 Administrative Fee at move-in. Once your application is approved, you will have the option of an $87.50 Non-Refundable Deposit Waiver or a $300 Fully-Refundable Security Deposit. In certain cases, an additional deposit will be required.
Do you need a Co-Signer at Vintage at The Lakes?
Co-signers are allowed for applications with a lack of income, credit and for students. Co-signers must complete an application and make 5x the monthly rent.
Does Vintage at The Lakes offer Short Term Rentals? What Lease Terms are available at Vintage at the Lakes?
We offer lease terms from 2-15 months. When your initial lease term expires, you may choose to renew your lease or continue on month-to-month. Please note that rental rates will vary by lease term.
Does Vintage at The Lakes offer Furnished Apartments?
No, we do not have furnished apartments available for rent, however we are happy to recommend local furniture rental services to you.
What is the Vintage at The Lakes Pet Policy?
We welcome pets in our community! All pets must be accompanied on leashes when walking around property grounds. Guests and residents are responsible for immediately and responsibly cleaning up after their animals. We also require:
Maximum of 2 Pets per Home, with no weight restrictions
$200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (per Pet)
$200 Fully-Refundable Pet Deposit (per Pet)
$25/month Pet Rent (per Pet)
Breed Restrictions apply, and include: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier (American or English), Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, Mastiff (Bull or Cane Corsos), Malamute, Husky, Presa Canario, American Bull Dog, Great Dane, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and any hybrids, combinations, or mixes of the above.
Does Vintage at The Lakes require Renter's Insurance?

What is the Parking Policy at Vintage at The Lakes?
Every apartment includes 1 reserved, covered parking space. All other parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Garages are available to rent for $95/month.
How late is the Gym open at Vintage at The Lakes?
Our gym is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The gym includes cardio equipment, free weights, and lockers for your convenience.
How late is the Pool open at Vintage at The Lakes?
Our main front pool is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, while our back pool is open from 8am-midnight, seven days a week. The pools are heated in cooler months for your comfort.
What forms of rent payment does Vintage at The Lakes allow?
We are proud to offer easy online payments through our free Resident Services website. You may access the website on a computer or mobile device, or download the RENTCafe app. You may pay rent via your Checking Account (ACH), Credit Card, Debit Card, personal check, or cashiers check. Paying via ACH does not incur a convenience fee. Resident may also pay rent via MoneyGram at partner locations. Please contact the office for assistance with creating an account.
UTILITIES & OTHER MONTHLY FEES
What other Monthly Fees and Utilities should I Budget for?
Residents are responsible for their utilities and will be billed for water, sewer, and trash with rent each month. Residents are responsible to pay electric, gas, and internet directly to the provider.
